This Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”), and the terms and conditions of the Intel® Technology Provider (“ITP”) Program, Points Terms and Conditions (“ITP Program Terms”), which are incorporated herein and available at:

The Promotion Terms and the ITP Program Terms are collectively, the “Rules”. This Promotion is effective on 26 February 2019 and available to active Platinum, Gold and Registered level ITPs of the ITP Program in Asia Pacific & Japan (“Eligible ITPs”). The Promotion has a maximum limit 25,000 points and will be awarded to the Eligible ITPs participating in this Promotion during the Promotion Period only. The points will be provided on first-come, first-served basis till the maximum limit of 25,000 points is reached. Eligible ITP’s may:
o   earn up to 500 points per ITP account subject to promotion cap under this Promotion;
o   combine this Promotion with other Points offers;
o   be unable to combine this Promotion with other discounts or promotions on Qualifying Intel Products whether offered to the Eligible ITPs;
o   or to a third party on its behalf, as notified by Intel;
o   not transfer Points under this Promotion;
o   and not receive cash alternatives for Points under this Promotion.
Without prejudice to any right and remedy provided for in the Rules and any other right and remedy available at law, if Eligible ITPs do not comply with the Rules, Intel may:
o   withhold the Points that would otherwise be awarded to Eligible ITPs under the Promotion;
o   adjust the number of Points to be awarded to Eligible ITPs under the Promotion;
o   refuse to allow redemption of Points awarded under the Promotion;
o   set-off the entire (or part) value of the Points awarded under the Promotion that Eligible ITPs have redeemed, against Eligible ITPs existing or future credit claims;
o   and/or obtain reimbursement of the entire (or part) value of the Points awarded to Eligible ITPs under the Promotion that Eligible ITPs have redeemed.
The English language version of the Rules shall prevail over any translation. If there is a conflict between the Promotion Terms and the ITP Program Terms, the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The terms of any Intel trademark license agreement(s) and/or Intel logo license agreement(s) shall prevail over the Promotion Terms with respect to the subject matter of such agreement(s). Intel’s standard terms and conditions of sale shall govern any purchase or redemption of Points for Intel products made between the Eligible ITPs and Intel and shall prevail over any other agreements unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Intel.
Capitalized terms which are not defined in these Promotion Terms shall have the meaning given to them in the ITP Program Terms.
Eligible ITPs acceptance of the Points in this Promotion indicates Eligible ITPs acceptance to the Promotion Terms.
Intel reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time and for any reason with immediate effect, without prejudice to any rights that have already accrued under the Promotion but with no further liability, by giving notice in any form to Customer.
All promotion points will be credited into the respective partner’s account within 60 working days after the webinar.
All matters and disputes arising out of or in relation to this promotion shall be subject to the decision of Intel, and Intel's decision shall be final and binding. Points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item.
Intel may, at its discretion, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to varying the promotion period or withdrawing this promotion at any time without advance notice or assuming any liability to any partner.
